The album’s soundscape is sparse but rich, built around Bayliss’s acoustic guitar and vocals, with tight, but non intrusive, accompaniment on bass, banjo and guitar from Mike Seal.

Fragile
Fragile is the album that firmly established Joe Bayliss’s modern sound. Whilst earlier works like Book of Life showcased his song writing promise, Fragile captures the raw, unvarnished chemistry between Bayliss and double bassist Mike Seal.
